Established in 2018 under the Buffalo, NY skyline, Ear Quality started with two childhood best friends, Eann Robinson and Kiman Baldon, sharing a passion for music and the business of music. SUNY Fredonia bachelor's degrees in Music Business turned a shared dream into a company.
Today, Ear Quality LLC is a boutique artist relations company that breaks the mold. We're rooted in a city celebrated for its resilience and creativity, and we operate as a village — managers, strategists, educators, and friends.
We're pioneers in Tailored Artist Support, Comprehensive Artist Development, and Strategic Marketing. What distinguishes us is our dedication to education. We're not just here to manage — we're here to empower.

Eann "The Ear" Robinson
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. SUNY Fredonia, B.A. in Music Business. Berklee College of Music, Master of Business in Music Business. The ear behind the operation: A&R instincts, artist development, and long-term brand vision.
Eann brings a decade of industry relationships and an A&R-trained ear to every artist he touches. From early creative direction to long-term brand architecture, he focuses on building careers that last beyond the moment.

Kiman "DJ 360" Baldon
Childhood best friend, lifelong collaborator. SUNY Fredonia, B.A. in Music Business. DJ, operator, and the engine driving Ear Quality's day-to-day strategy.
Kiman is the operational backbone of Ear Quality. A working DJ and event strategist, he turns vision into execution: bookings, logistics, releases, and the stage presence that ties it all together.
