We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information you submit through our booking form (name, email, and the message you send).
• Account information if you create an account (email address, hashed password, and any profile details you add).
• Order information when you make a purchase (items, shipping address, email, order total, and a Stripe payment reference). We do not store full card numbers — payment data is handled by Stripe.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider to keep the Service running and secure.

We use your information to:

• respond to booking and consulting inquiries;
• create and maintain your account;
• process and fulfill orders, including shipping and digital downloads;
• send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, download links);
• prevent fraud, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations.

We only share personal information with the providers necessary to run the Service:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
• Printful, Inc. — fulfillment and shipping of physical merchandise.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — transactional email delivery.
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember items in your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with tax and accounting obligations (typically seven years). Booking-form messages are retained for two years.

Depending on where you live (including California and the EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@earquality.com.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page.
