We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when refunds, replacements, and cancellations are available.
Apparel and other physical merchandise are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is produced for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes (please check the size chart before ordering).
We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered. To request a replacement, email info@earquality.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Lost packages: if tracking shows your package was not delivered within a reasonable window, contact us and we will work with the carrier and Printful to resolve it, including a free reshipment when warranted.
Digital products (audio files, beats, sample packs, and other downloadable goods) are delivered immediately after payment. Because the file is delivered the moment your payment clears, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
If your download link is not working or the file is corrupted, email info@earquality.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll send a fresh link at no charge.
Physical orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they enter production. After production has started we are unable to cancel. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Refund terms for tailored artist support, development, or creative strategy engagements are set out in the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this policy.
