Physical merchandise from Ear Quality is made-to-order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful, from facilities in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia. The closest facility to your shipping address is used automatically.
We ship worldwide to most countries served by Printful's carriers. Available shipping options and rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
Because each item is made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Some items (embroidery, all-over print) can take slightly longer during peak periods.

These are estimates from the carrier and can be affected by customs, weather, and local postal performance.
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to populate after the carrier scans the package.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to Printful due to an incorrect address or a refused delivery can be reshipped, but the buyer is responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed returns are donated by the fulfillment center and cannot be refunded.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email info@earquality.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (for damage) clear photos. We'll work with Printful and the carrier on a replacement or refund.
Digital products are not shipped — they are delivered as a download link in your order confirmation email immediately after payment.
